CueSports International (CSI), in partnership with promoter Mark Cantrill, would like to announce that Team CSI ““ American Grand Masters is heading to the U.S. Midwest for the first leg of the Team CSI Tour.

TEAM USA have won the PartyPoker.net Mosconi Cup outright for the first time since 2005 as they took the required two points on Sunday to defeat defending champions Europe by a four point margin.

15 RACK 10-BALL POOL LEAGUES

After 10-weeks of playing Viper’s “œ15-Rack” 10-ball leagues, Adam Ellis came out on top with 955 points winning paid airfare and entries into all the events at the 2010 Derby City Classic in Louisville, KY. Ellis also won a custom pool cue made by Jacoby and a custom rack made by Delta-13.
Avery Pier came in second with 950 points claiming the runner-up spot. Cathy Crump fought hard all session and will be awarded the “œhighest finishing female” award.

FOLLLOWING ANOTHER series of dominating performances, Team USA seem set to regain the PartyPoker.net Mosconi Cup as they need just four more points to get their collective hands on the trophy for the first time since 2006.

Wins for Hatch and Dominguez and Archer and Van Boening in the doubles and then Archer again in the final singles match gave the capacity crowd something to cheer about and only Thorsten Hohmann had any success for Europe as he beat Deuel.

Deuel and Dominguez Both Quietly Confident

COREY Deuel admits Europe are the favourites to win the PartyPoker.net Mosconi Cup but believes they may crack under that pressure.

Deuel returns to the American Mosconi side after not being selected last year when USA slumped to an 11-5 defeat in Malta.

On the eve of the event, many people believe this is the strongest European side ever and Deuel admits America will have to be at their best to claim victory.

Set the cue ball perpendicular to yellow ball, (give or take 2 or 3 inches), and hit the yellow ball with cue ball using 10 o’clock English and a medium firm stroke. You should make this shot fairly easily and have some fun doing so.

Mika Immonen of Finland has won the World Ten Ball Championship in Manila scant weeks after winning his second consecutive US Open and the Challenge of Champions.
