Tim “The Dragon” Chin was crowned the 2022 US Nationals Artistic Pool Champion

Tim “The Dragon” Chin was crowned the 2022 US Nationals Artistic Pool Champion after defeating Jason “The Michigan Kid” Lynch in the finals 68-31. The tournament pitted eight of the best trick shot artists against each other in a battle of skill and strategy. In the preliminary round, 18 year old Theo “Bloodshark” Mihellis emerged as the #1 seed followed by Abram “Too Tall” Diaz, Lynch, and Chin.

In the quarterfinals, Mihellis defeated Andrew “The Driver” Sozio, Diaz grinded out a victory over Jimmy “The General” Glanville, Lynch toppled Jamie “The Bayou Bullet” Moody, and Chin swamped Brian “Superman” Pauley. In the semifinals, Chin turned around an 18 point deficit to come from behind and beat Mihellis while Lynch easily dispatched Diaz, setting up the final.

The tournament was hosted by Premier BIlliards at the Clubhouse Bar and Grill in Lynchburg, VA from July 21-23, 2022.
